Who We Are
ILEVATION was born from years of work in the field of inclusion, accessibility, and education.
Founder, Ileana Vasdeki, has dedicated more than eighteen years to designing educational programs on disability, training over 6,000 corporate executives through SKEP's educational programs, at organizations including Telekom, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the Fourlis Group, Olympic Brewery, Ogilvy, and Pfizer, among others. Her expertise was recognized internationally as well, having been selected twice by the U.S. Embassy in Athens to represent Greece in the United States on disability issues.
This experience shaped ILEVATION's philosophy: inclusion needs to become embedded in the way organizations operate, communicate, hire, and grow.
